9 Northwood (on the same street as the short sale house we were waiting for).We have been waiting for the house just down the street from this one, but because it was a Short Sale, we have been getting discouraged. We had recently heard that the owners were trying to SAVE the house and get back in it, which we have seen evidence of just that. They are living in it again! More power to them if they can save their home, but luckily for us, another house opened on the same street! This one needs more work, but it is cheaper, and bigger!! We are very excited.
